Jenison Cub Cheer Programs & CampsJenison Cub Cheer offers camps and sideline cheer opportunities for students in 1st–6th grade. These programs introduce athletes to cheer fundamentals while building confidence, teamwork, and school spirit in a fun and supportive environment.
Cheer Kickoff Camp
Grades: 1st–6th Grade
This camp is designed to give athletes a preview of what our cheer season is like or provide a fun opportunity for those who simply want to try cheer.
Athletes will work on:
• Cheer motions
• Jumps
• Chants
• Basic gymnastics
• Stunting fundamentals
Instruction is adjusted to each athlete’s skill level.

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Fieldhouse
Cost: $40
What to Bring:
Athletic clothing, tennis shoes, and a water bottle.
Toss & Tumble Camp
Grades: 1st–6th Grade
This camp focuses specifically on gymnastics and stunting skills used in cheerleading. Athletes will work on skill progressions appropriate for their experience level.
Skills may include:
• Forward rolls
• Cartwheels
• Round-offs
• Bridges
• Walkovers
• Beginning stunts
• Skill progressions for more advanced athletes
All levels are welcome.

This camp is designed for athletes preparing for junior high cheer and focuses on building stronger fundamentals and technique.

• Performing in a showcase for family and friends
